What happens if a take fails?

The credits for that take go back to your balance automatically. Your history shows the charge and the refund.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Yes. You can request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refundable.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You buy a credit pack when you need one. No monthly fee, no commitment, nothing renews on its own.

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy never expire. Use them whenever you want.

Do prices include tax?

In euros, yes: VAT is included. In dollars, the total with your local taxes appears at checkout.

Who handles payments?

An external payment provider processes payments. We never see or store your card details.
